We want you to have a smooth shopping experience from start to finish. Here's everything you need to know about delivery and returns at Titan K9.
Delivery Information
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, followed by a shipping notification with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Orders places before 2pm (Monday-Friday) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day.

Highlands, Northern Ireland & UK Isles
- Standard delivery (3-5 working days) £9.99
- Free shipping for orders over £100
Please note: Whilst we aim to meet timescales, some remote location may experience longer shipping times.
International Shipping
- Costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight, size and destination of your order. Transit times and charges will very depending on your location.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your delivery progress and estimated delivery date.
Delivery Issues
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking information first. If there's a problem or you need assistance, please contact us and we'll help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your Titan K9 gear as much as we do, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
How to return a product:
- Please package the item unworn with the original tags and labels attached. Any products damaged or with signs of wear may not be eligible for a refund.
- Please simply include a note with your name, order number and whether you would like a refund or exchange. You will be able to find your order number on your confirmation email.
- If you are wanting an exchange, please include the item name, size & colour of the product you'd like.
- Unfortunately we are not able to offer free returns.

What happens next?
- Once your return has arrived with us it will be inspected by our team and processed.
- Please allow up to 7 working days after it has arrived at our warehouse for your refund/exchange to be processed.
- All refunds will be paid to the original payment method.
- You'll receive an email from our team to confirm once this has happened.
Our 14-Day Returns Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In their original packaging
- In a resalable condition
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the item is faulty or we've made an error with your order. We recommend using a tracked service for your protection.
Refunds
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
Exchanges
You will receive a new confirmation email once your exchange has been processed. Please allow up to 5 working days to receive your exchange. Whilst you have to pay for the shipping to return, we will cover the shipping back to you.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at contact@titan-k9.com immediately with photos of the issue. Please include your order number in the subject of the email.
Warranty
We offer a 12-Month Warranty on all of our products, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
However, this warranty does not cover:
- Wear and tear from regular use.
- Damage caused by misuse or using products in a way they’re not designed for.
- Unreasonable use, such as using a plaited leather lead on a large dog that pulls, where the product isn’t intended or recommended for that purpose.
If you’re unsure whether a product is suitable for your dog, feel free to contact us for advice before purchasing. We want your gear to last as long as possible and be right for your dog’s needs.
