Trade Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

• “Company” refers to Titan K9®.
• “Customer” refers to any trade buyer placing a B2B order.
• “Goods” refers to the products supplied by Titan K9®.

2. Trade Accounts

2.1 All orders require an approved trade account.
2.2 The Company reserves the right to decline or close accounts at its discretion.

3. Pricing

3.1 All prices are exclusive of VAT.
3.2 The Company may revise prices at any time without prior notice.
3.3 Trade discounts and promotional pricing may vary.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 New accounts operate on a pro-forma basis unless credit terms have been approved.
4.2 Credit terms (where granted) are strictly 30 days EOM unless otherwise stated.
4.3 Late payments may incur interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act.
4.4 The Company reserves the right to suspend supply until overdue balances are cleared.

5. Orders

5.1 Orders may be placed online, by email, or by phone.
5.2 Once accepted, orders form a binding contract.
5.3 Amendments can only be made prior to dispatch.

6. Delivery

6.1 Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
6.2 Risk in the Goods transfers to the Customer upon delivery.
6.3 Title remains with the Company until all invoices are fully paid.
6.4 Carriage charges apply unless a carriage-paid threshold is met.

7. Backorders & Pre-orders

7.1 Backorders are automatically dispatched when stock becomes available unless cancelled in writing.
7.2 Pre-order dates are estimates and may be subject to change.

8. Returns & Faulty Goods

8.1 Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged Goods.
8.2 Any claim must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
8.3 The Company may repair, replace, or credit at its discretion.
8.4 Goods returned without authorisation will not be credited.

9. Warranty

9.1 Goods are covered by a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects.
9.2 The warranty does not cover:

• Misuse
• Wear and tear
• Damage caused by animals
• Improper storage or cleaning

10. Marketing & Branding

10.1 Customers may use Titan K9® branding, photography, and product descriptions for the purpose of selling Titan K9® products.
10.2 Branding must not be altered without written approval.
10.3 The Company may withdraw marketing permissions at any time.

11. Exclusivity

11.1 No exclusivity is granted unless confirmed in writing.
11.2 The Company may appoint multiple retailers within the same region.
