Ordering & Accounts

+ Do I need an account to order? Yes - Titan K9® supplies trade-only. You’ll need an approved B2B account before placing orders.
+ How do I open a trade account? Submit your details via our Trade Application Form. Once approved, you will receive login access to view pricing and place orders.
+ Is there a minimum order value? No strict minimum, but carriage-paid thresholds apply. Smaller orders will incur delivery charges.
+ Can I add items to an order already placed?  Yes, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible.

Pricing & Payments 

+ Are prices shown inclusive of VAT? All trade prices are shown exclusive of VAT. 
+ What payment methods do you accept?
  • Bank transfer
  • Card payment
  • Pro-forma invoice (for new accounts)

Credit accounts may be granted following review.

+ Do you offer wholesale discounts??Yes - trade pricing is automatically applied to approved accounts. Additional seasonal or volume discounts may be offered throughout the year.

Shipping & Delivery

+ What are your delivery times?? Standard delivery is a 24-hour working day service from dispatch within the UK. Dispatch times vary depending on stock levels and order size.
+ Do you ship internationally?? Yes, international wholesale orders are accepted. Carriage quotes provided upon request./details>
+ What are your carriage-paid values? UK mainland orders above £150 are shipped carriage-free. Below this, shipping charges apply.
+ Can I choose my courier? Not typically, but we will try to accommodate special requests where possible.

Stock, Backorders & Pre-orders

+ Do you allow backorders? Yes - backorders are held and shipped automatically when stock arrives unless you request otherwise.
+ What is your lead time for restocks? Lead times vary depending on manufacturing schedules, usually 10-16 weeks. We will keep customers updated and endeavour to avoid issues with stock levels.
+ Do you offer pre-order on new ranges? Yes — Titan K9® launches can be pre-ordered to secure early stock.

Returns & Warranty

+ Do you accept returns on wholesale orders? Returns are accepted for faulty or damaged goods only. We do not accept returns due to overstock or customer error.
+ What is your warranty period? Titan K9® hardware and materials are covered under a 12-month manufacturing warranty against defects.

Marketing Materials & Product Imagery

+ Can I use Titan K9® photos and descriptions? Yes - approved retailers may use our official images, product descriptions, and promotional assets. However, alteration of branding must be approved.
+ Do you offer POS or in-store displays? Yes — POS materials may be supplied depending on order volume or campaign periods.

Exclusivity

+ Do you offer area or category exclusivity? Exclusivity may be granted on a case-by-case basis depending on order volume, territory, and promotional commitments.
